Hello, We just purchased the 6x8 Outer Space Rug and I wanted to comment on our experience with your company.

First and most importantly, I spoke with the same woman twice, once last week and once this morning (Feb. 13). She was extremely helpful, articulate and polite: Everything that is desired but uncommon in today's world of robots, outsourcing and elevator music waiting lines. Since your market is competitive she deserves much of the credit for your sale and your highest accolades.

Second, your willingness to ship out samples was key in our decision to buy. Reading descriptions or seeing pictures or even feeling samples hung on a rack do not do the product justice. I'd never have believed the rug could be comfortable, but, laying it on the wood floor I am easily able to kneel without discomfort. I wanted a flat rug that would be cozy, comfy, attractive and importantly PLAYABLE for the boys. I had them build puzzles on it, drive cars on it, make block towers on it, etc... I was even taking notes on a single sheet of paper using a ball point pen this morning while I talked with your exemplary customer service woman.

To Jim, who handled my order, and to anyone else involved. Thank you for your excellent and personal service. The star rug was at my door yesterday afternoon. I purchased the rug as a surprise gift for my daughter's new first grade classroom. Today was her first day as a new teacher. I was so pleased to be able to give it to her and have it in her room for the students today. It was the perfect accent to complete the classroom. I understand that we all have "jobs" to do and try to do it well but wanted you to know that all of your efforts and the time you took to do this had a great and positive effect. Hi, I just wanted to let you know how much we are enjoying our rug. We purchased the Oddly Even Ladybug rug 5 years ago, when our first daughter was born. It has moved houses 4 times, but as soon as it is put down, our children feel at home. What has most impressed us, is how well the rug wears. Our family just made our first carpet purchase with your company and we want to write and let you know that we decided to purchase from "kidcarpet.com" because of the fabulous customer service provided by Lindsay, on your team. She even went so far as to research how the carpet was going to be cut if we went with a 12X9 instead of a 12X6 carpet and she called us back with the explanation. No one at any other company was as knowledgeable, thorough, professional AND friendly as Lindsay. By the way, the carpet arrived today and it is EXACTLY as Lindsay described. The whole family is thrilled with how it looks in our basement and the kids immediately started playing hopscotch and tic-tac-toe. (When I picked them up tonight, they asked me if they could go out and play when we got home. I told them it was raining so they couldn't play outside but I had a surprise for them. I wish you could have seen the looks on their faces when they saw the new carpet. It's worth every penny. Their reaction "now we can have fun playing hopscotch INSIDE even when it's raining. This is GREAT!)

We ordered a Kid Carpet for our 5-year-old son, Sam. It's the baseball diamond carpet, which we put in his room. He loved it from the moment he saw it. To our surprise, he used the carpet to play make-believe baseball games with his toys and dolls. His teddy bears sat on his bed "watching" the game from the "bleachers." Because Sam's room is on the small side, we moved the carpet downstairs to his playroom. Now he has room to play all the time, as much as he can. We will soon be ordering a new Kid Carpet for his room again.

In the picture (taken in our home in Arlington, Virginia), Sam is hitting a home run and ready to run the bases himself. He loves his Kid Carpet. We love it, too. Thank you!

 

 

I purchased the Circle Time Noah for my twin boys’ nursery. I was very impressed by how vibrant and cheerful it made the room. I wanted a Noah’s Ark theme, and your carpet was the perfect carpet to make that impact as soon as anyone walks into the room. The animal pictures will be great for teaching to them names of animals, especially as they are just crawling now. I love the carpet.

Here is a great picture of one of our children’s church classes. We have 3 “Circle Time Noah” rugs and they are great. We use them for the kids to sit on during story time… we also use them for music time… we march and sing around them. We really like our KidCarpet!!

 

 

I am the director of Kingdom Kids Learning Center of Mt. Zion UMC in Grandy,
North Carolina. Our BIBLE BLOCKS rug in our 3's Room is everyone's

The children really enjoy sitting on our carpet for calendar
time, story time, center time, rest time etc. I have had dozens of
